The second annual 14/48 Leicester has begun!
The keg is tapped and the atmosphere is merry, some would say nervously excitable!
50 writers, directors, actors, musicians, stage crew and designers of Leicester have gathered here at the Y Theatre to celebrate all that is wonderful about theatre.
14 brand new, never before seen plays will be written, produced and performed in 48 hours!!
The creativity of this high pressured two-days is overwhelming. Actors are excited, directors are nervous and the stage crew are pulling their hair out!
All to produce 7 plays that will be performed tonight, not once, but twice!
Can it be done?
